2. Klientas įsigydamas dovanų kortelę turi teisę perduoti dovanų kortelę kitam fiziniam ar juridiniam asmeniui, kuris gali pasinaudoti vienkartine dovanų kortele per numatytą galiojimo terminą.
3. Informacija apie dovanų kortelę (atvirutės tipo ar skaitmeninę) teikiama MONDRI juvelyrikos namuose ir telefonu +370 (600) 92611 arba el. paštu info [!at] mondri.lt
4. Apsipirkti naudojantis dovanų kortele galima tiek MONDRI juvelyrikos namuose, tiek užsakymą suderinus internetu.
5. Dovanų kortelė negali būti grąžinama, pratęsiama, keičiama į naują (pametus ar kitaip praradus) arba į grynuosius pinigus.
6. Dovanų kortelė galioja vieną kartą.
7. Dovanų kortelė jo turėtojui negrąžinama.
8. Dovanų kortelė galioja 6 mėn. nuo įsigijimo datos.
9. Pasibaigus dovanų kortelės galiojimui, ji automatiškai blokuojama, o likę pinigai negrąžinami.
10. Jeigu prekės kaina didesnė negu dovanų kortelėje esanti pinigų suma, trūkstamą dalį galima primokėti grynaisiais arba banko kortele. Išsirinkus prekę už mažesnę sumą, likutis negrąžinamas.
11. Pametus ar kitaip praradus dovanų kortelę, pinigai negrąžinami.
12. Įsigyjant dovanų kortelę sąskaita faktūra neišrašoma.

All MONDRI customers receive a special jewelry polishing cloth to keep the jewelry shiny at all times. It should be stored in sealed packaging. Do not wash jewelry polishing cloth, because it is effective as long as it contains precious metal polishing micro-particles.

Our refund policy is flexible. We firmly believe there should be a period of time, where if there is a problem with the item, the customer has the chance to return it. If you intend to return the unworn item, please follow these steps:

2. Ship unworn/ not personalized items back to us within 14 days of when your package was delivered.
3. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
